In our most recent notice to all tenants, you may have all read that we now are using a new software in the office. This software does many things for us here in the office that helps us better assist you and manages things more time efficiently. This software is also for you, the Tenants! You can have your very own login and you can do things like pay your rent or create a maintenance request and more. All you have to do give your email address to the office manager Stevi Jo and she will set you up in the system. You will receive an email from Mobile Home Corral and it will direct you to our software AppFolio, where you will set up your username and password.
If you have already given the front office your email address and have not received an activation email, please email Manager@MobileHomeCorral.com and let us know. To pay your rent you can use both your checking account or credit card, but we do recommend using your checking account as that is completely free of charge. Using your credit card will incur a fee of $17 that goes to AppFolio, not Mobile Home Corral. You can also set up automatic payments using either method as well. We encourage all of our tenants to use this method of payment so you will always have access to your balance and receipts.
